Every roof, measured from above. Quoted before you drive away.
RoofTelli turns roof measurements into a priced, branded estimate in
minutes — then sends it to the homeowner and pushes it to QuickBooks
when they accept.
What it does
Measurements, however you get them
Order a roof report from your own EagleView account without leaving
the job, and the measurements land back on it — squares, pitch,
ridge, hip, valley, eave and rake — so nobody retypes a number off a
PDF. Or type them in by hand. Either way the estimate, the proposal
and the materials list come out of the same maths.
Reports are billed by your own EagleView account, at whatever rate
you have negotiated. We do not resell them or mark them up, and there
are no per-estimate or per-report fees from us.
An estimate while you are still in the driveway
Your pricing table does the maths the moment measurements arrive, and
out comes a branded proposal — letterhead, numbered scope of work,
warranty terms, one total — in your words, starting from professional
defaults you edit. Send it by email or as a link the homeowner opens
on their phone, and they accept and sign online.
Your logo, your colour, your reply-to address. The app is upfront
about which numbers and which words are yours and which are still
ours, until you have been through them.
A materials list from the same numbers
The roof-measured materials are computed for you — roof covering,
underlayment, starter, ridge cap, drip edge, ice & water shield
and coil nails — and the extras are too, once you tell the app how
you buy them. Say you get ridge vent in ten-foot sections, and forty
feet of it prints as four sections rather than a sentence no supply
house can fill.
Written in the units your supply house sells in, with the arithmetic
shown on every line. Anything you have not set up prints as manually
specified, in the unit you sell it in — the app will not invent a
pack size it was never told. Quantities only; the list carries no
prices.
Push to QuickBooks when they say yes
Connect QuickBooks Online once. An accepted estimate goes across as a
real QuickBooks estimate against the right customer, so the books are
not a week of catch-up on a Sunday night.
Connected per company, on your own QuickBooks account.
Who it's for
Roofing contractors who quote from real measurements and would rather
do it from the driveway than from the office at nine at night. It suits
a crew of one as readily as a company with several estimators — every
user in your company is included, and the job list, the pricing and the
branding are shared.
You do not need a measurement subscription to try it. Type a roof in by
hand and the whole loop still runs: estimate, proposal, materials list,
customer acceptance, QuickBooks. Bring your EagleView account when you
want the satellite version.
